Developments in remote connectivity options and communication bandwidth availability have dramatically increased the amount of support work that can be undertaking remotely from our support offices at the touch of a button.
However, where physical hardware failure comes into play, or new hardware requires installation - onsite engineering resources are required and the important thing for a support company to ensure is that there is availability of an engineer with the right qualifications within guaranteed timescales (covered by our Service Level Agreements - SLA).

Charge rates are levied according to the skill level required for the job in hand so for instance an engineer on site to fix a PC based issue, will be charged at a lower rate than work undertaken on a server. Reduced rates are provided where a full days service is required and no charge is levied for travel time to site.
Where relevant, out of hours engineering services can also be provided at an agreed premium rate based on the work to be undertaken.
