Helpdesk / IT Support Analyst/Engineer - Dorking, Surrey
IT Support Analyst / Engineer with relevant experience,
Microsoft Accreditation would be useful. This role is primarily based at
our offices but also at our client’s premises as required. The role is
centered on the ability of the applicant to management and support both
hardware and software located at our client's offices, which are
predominantly based on Microsoft technologies, using remote support and
monitoring solutions. This is a great opportunity to work within
an experienced and dedicated team of IT support professionals who enjoy
an excellent working relationship with all our clients.
Applicants must have previous experience in a substantial helpdesk or
support role, preferably within a multi-client environment.
Experience and knowledge of the following is required:
- Networking (TCP/IP, WAN, VPN, Firewalls, DSL Routers).
- Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7).
- Desktop Apps and associated peripherals
- Terminal Services and Citrix.
- Internet Domain/DNS management.
Other essential skills are an excellent telephone manner, customer focus
and excellent trouble shooting skills.
Salary £20-22k
