We installed another 3CX Telephone system for a new client recently (Propress Equine, manufacturers of HAYGAIN hay steamers). The system uses a combination of traditional PSTN BT Lines and a VOIP (Voice over IP) Service. The installation went well (other than issues with BT which is often the case) and the new system is working well. When using VOIP the line quality is better than traditional system as you get HD call quality when using the VOIP service. The system gives the client the flexibility to change certain aspects of the system without having to call on a specialist engineer and also provided some advanced features (like being able to use a smartphone as an extension) without too much complexity.
